Konferencja została zorganizowana przy wsparciu finansowym Międzynarodowego Funduszu Wyszehradzkiego.

Autorami raportu są eksperci trzech wyszehradzkich partnerów projektu, tj. European Values Think-Tank (Czechy), Slovak Security Policy Institute (Słowacja), Századvég School of Politics (Węgry) oraz eksperci Fundacji Warsaw Institute (Polska).
